1) Information on the collection of personal data and contact details of the responsible person
1.1 Wir are pleased that you are visiting our website and thank you for your interest. In the following we inform you about the handling of your personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified.

1.3 Diese website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (e.g. orders or enquiries to the responsible person). You can recognize an encrypted connection by the character string "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser line.
2) Data collection when visiting our website
If you only use our website for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). When you call up our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:
- Our visited website
- Date and time at the time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/reference from which you came to the page
- Browser used

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data will not be passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.
Hosting by Shopify
We use the shop system of the service provider Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland ("Shopify"), for the purpose of hosting and displaying the online shop on the basis of processing on our behalf. All data collected on our website is processed on Shopify's servers. As part of Shopify's aforementioned services, data may also be transferred to Shopify Inc, 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada, Shopify Data Processing (USA) Inc, Shopify Payments (USA) Inc or Shopify (USA) Inc as part of further processing on our behalf. In the event that data is transferred to Shopify Inc. in Canada, the appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed by adequacy decision of the European Commission. Further information on Shopify's data protection can be found on the following website: https://www.shopify.de/legal/datenschutz.
Further processing on servers other than the aforementioned servers of Shopify only takes place within the framework communicated below.
4) Content Delivery Network
On our website we use a so-called Content Delivery Network ("CDN") of the technology service provider Cloudflare Inc, 101 Townsend St. San Francisco, CA 94107, USA ("Cloudflare"). A content delivery network is an online service that is used in particular to deliver large media files (such as graphics, page content or scripts) through a network of regionally distributed servers connected via the Internet. The use of Cloudflare's Content Delivery Network helps us to optimise the loading speeds of our website.
The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision, as well as improvement of the stability and functionality of our website.
We have concluded an order processing agreement with Cloudfare (Data Processing Addendum, available at https://www.cloudflare.com/media/pdf/cloudflare-customer-dpa.pdf), which obliges Cloudfare to protect the data of our site visitors and not to pass it on to third parties. For the transfer of data from the EU to the USA, Cloudfare relies on so-called standard data protection clauses of the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the European level of data protection in the USA.
In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your mobile device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and enable your browser to be recognized the next time you visit (so-called persistent cookies). If cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information such as browser and location data as well as IP address values to an individual extent. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can find the duration of the respective cookie storage in the overview of the cookie settings of your web browser.
In some cases, cookies are used to simplify the ordering process by saving settings (e.g. remembering the contents of a virtual shopping basket for a later visit to the website). If individual cookies used by us also process personal data, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO either to implement the contract, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO in the event of consent or in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design of the page visit.
Please note that you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually whether to accept them or whether to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. These can be found for the respective browsers under the following links:

Please note that if cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
6) Making contact
6.1Personal data is collected when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Which data is collected in the case of the use of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO. Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed. This is the case when the circumstances indicate that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
We offer visitors to our website the opportunity to contact us via the WhatsApp news service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. For this we use the so-called "Business Version" of WhatsApp.
If you contact us via WhatsApp in connection with a specific business transaction (e.g. an order placed), we will store and use the mobile phone number you use with WhatsApp and - if provided - your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b. DSGVO for processing and answering your request. On the same basis, we may use WhatsApp to ask you for additional information (order number, customer number, address, or email address) in order to track your request to a specific transaction.
Use our WhatsApp contact for general enquiries (e.g. about our range of services, availability or our Internet presence) and we will store and use the mobile phone number you use at WhatsApp and - if provided - your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in the efficient and prompt provision of the requested information.
Your information will only be used to respond to your request via WhatsApp. A passing on to third parties does not take place.
Please note that WhatsApp Business has access to the address book of the mobile device we use for this purpose and automatically transfers telephone numbers stored in the address book to a server of the parent company Facebook Inc. in the USA. To operate our WhatsApp Business Account, we use a mobile device whose address book stores only the WhatsApp contact information of those users who have contacted us via WhatsApp.
7) Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract processing
Pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide it to us for the execution of a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can take place by a message to the above address of the responsible person. We store and use the data provided by you for contract processing. After complete completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or a legally permitted further use of data from our side was reserved.
8) Comment function
As part of the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, information about the time the comment was created and the name of the commentary you selected will be stored and published on this website. Furthermore, your IP address is logged and stored. The IP address is stored for security reasons and in the event that the person concerned violates the rights of third parties by submitting a comment or posts illegal content. We need your e-mail address in order to contact you if a third party should object to your published content as unlawful. The legal basis for the storage of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f DSGVO. We reserve the right to delete comments if they are objected to as unlawful by third parties.
9) Use of customer data for direct advertising
9.1 Anmeldung to our e-mail newsletter
If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information for sending the newsletter. The provision of further data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter after you have expressly confirmed that you agree to receive the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail asking you to click on a link to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter in the future.
By activating the confirmation link, you consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to track any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later point in time. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purposes of advertising by way of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the responsible person named at the beginning. After you have unsubscribed, your e-mail address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to make further use of your data, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.
9.2 Versand of the e-mail newsletter to existing customers
If you have provided us with your e-mail address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to send you regular offers of similar goods or services to those already purchased from our range by e-mail. According to § 7 Abs. 3 UWG we do not have to obtain your separate consent for this. The data processing takes place solely on the basis of our justified interest in personalised direct advertising pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If you have initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will not send you an e-mail. You are entitled to object to the use of your e-mail address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the responsible person named at the beginning. For this you only have to pay transmission costs according to the basic tariffs. Upon receipt of your objection, the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes will be discontinued immediately.
9.3 Newsletter-Dispatch via Klaviyo
Our e-mail newsletters are sent via the technical service provider "Klaviyo", 225 Franklin St, Boston, MA 02110, USA (http://www.klaviyo.com/), to whom we pass on the data you provided when you registered for the newsletter. This forwarding is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and serves our legitimate interest in using a promotional, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. Please note that your data is usually transferred to a Klaviyo server in the USA and stored there.
Klaviyo uses this information to send the newsletter on our behalf. Klaviyo does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass it on to third parties.
To protect your data in the USA, we have a data processing agreement with Klaviyo in which Klaviyo undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection provisions and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties.
10) Data processing for order processing
10.1 Zur We work together with the following service provider(s) to process your order, who support us in whole or in part in the execution of closed contracts. Certain personal data will be transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
The personal data collected by us are passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery within the framework of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution within the framework of payment processing, insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we will inform you explicitly about this below. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
10.2 Einsatz by special service providers for order processing and processing
Order processing is carried out via the service provider "JTL" (JTL-Software-GmbH, Rheinstr. 7, 41836 Hückelhoven). Name, address and, if applicable, other personal data will be passed on to JTL in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO exclusively for the purpose of processing the online order. Your data will only be passed on insofar as this is actually necessary for the processing of the order. 10.3 Verwendung by payment service providers (payment services)
- Apple Pay

11) Use of evaluation and quality seal graphics
To display our ShopVote seal and any collected and/or aggregated ratings, we have included ShopVote graphics on this website.
This serves to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in an optimal marketing of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. The ShopVote graphics and the services advertised with them are offered by Blickreif GmbH, Alter Messeplatz 2, 80339 Munich, Germany.
When the ShopVote graphics are accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, date and time of access, transferred data volume and the source of the access (access data) and documents the access. These access data are not evaluated and are automatically overwritten at the latest seven days after the end of your page visit. Further personal data is not collected or stored by the ShopVote graphics.
12) Use of Social Media: Videos
Use of Youtube videos
This website uses the Youtube embedding feature to display and play videos from "Youtube", a provider owned by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").
Independently of a playback of the embedded videos, a connection to the Google network is established each time this website is called up, which may trigger further data processing operations without our influence.
Insofar as legally required, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
13) Online marketing
13.1Facebook Pixel for the creation of Custom Audiences with extended data matching (with cookie consent tool)
Within our online offer, the so-called "Facebook Pixel" of the social network Facebook is used in the mode of extended data matching, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook").
On the basis of the user's express consent, when a user clicks on an advertisement played on Facebook and placed by us, an addition is added to the URL of our linked page by Facebook Pixel. After forwarding, this URL parameter is then inscribed in the user's browser via a cookie, which our linked page sets itself. In addition, this cookie collects specific customer data, such as the email address, which we collect on our website linked to the Facebook ad during transactions such as purchase transactions, account logins or registrations (extended data matching). The cookie is then read by Facebook Pixel and enables the data, including the specific customer data, to be forwarded to Facebook.
With the help of the Facebook Pixel with extended data matching, it is possible for Facebook, on the one hand, to precisely determine the visitors to our online offer as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "Facebook Ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel with advanced data matching to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offer or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited), which we transmit to Facebook (so-called "Custom Audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel with advanced data matching, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and do not have a harassing effect. This allows us to further evaluate the effectiveness of the Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion"). Compared to the standard variant of Facebook Pixel, the advanced data matching feature helps us to better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by capturing more attributed conversions.
All transmitted data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data may enable Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook.
These processing operations are only carried out with the explicit consent of the user in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
Consent to the use of the Facebook Pixel may only be given by users who are older than 16 years of age. If you are younger, we ask you to ask your legal guardians for permission.
The information generated by Facebook is usually transmitted to a Facebook server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to the servers of Facebook Inc. in the USA. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, remove the checkmark next to the setting for the "Facebook Pixel" in the "Cookie Consent Tool" integrated on the website.
13.2 Einsatz from Google Ads conversion tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use the offer of Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising media (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. Our aim is to display advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your terminal device. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across Google Ads clients' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Clients learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
Details on the processing triggered by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and on Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser under the keyword "User settings". You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Ads based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The use of Google Ads may also result in the transmission of personal data to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
You can permanently object to the setting of cookies by Google Ads conversion tracking by downloading and installing the Google browser plug-in available at the following link:
Insofar as legally required, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website or alternatively follow the option described above for making an objection.
14) Web analytics services
Google (Universal) Analytics
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google (Universal) Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", which ensures anonymisation of the IP address by shortening it and excludes direct personal reference. The extension means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
